Joint-Stock Company "AUTOERA" is the company engaged in whole and retail trade and services, selling new car parts, car supervision and service appliances, accessories, tyres. The Company also renders car repair and technical inspection services.

"AUTOERA" was established in 1993. The Company started its activities in a shop selling car spare parts in Siauliai city. Endeavouring to work without mediators, "AUTOERA" made direct contacts with manufacturers of spare parts in different countries as well as started to import car parts. In this way it managed to reduce their prices and to compete successfully in the market.

Several years passed and the Company started to expand the whole and retail trade network - it opened two more shops selling car parts in Siauliai. In 1997 "AUTOERA" entered Vilnius market - it opened its branch of whole and retail trade.

In 2001 "AUTOERA" equipped and opened the centre of sale of car spare parts and service - car service with the technical inspection line, car wash-house, shop of car parts and wholesale warehouse with the area of 1.000m2 in the strategic spot which is one of the most active places in Siauliai city.

In 2004 "AUTOERA" opened branch of whole and retail trade in Kaunas.

In 2006 "AUTOERA" opened branch in Marijampole.

Sales network extended again in 2011. New branch opened in Lithuanian port Klaipeda.

At the moment "AUTOERA" is one of the largest sellers of car parts, car supervision and service appliances and materials in the Northern Lithuania. Over 40 employees work in the Company, most of them have graduated from higher and technical schools and acquired car repair, technical inspection and economic educations. "AUTOERA" specialists are in constant improvement of their qualifications, take part in work on probation and qualification improvement course in Lithuania and abroad.

"AUTOERA" directly imports parts for engine, chassis, electrical equipment from Italian, Spanish, German, English, Danish manufacturers. At present over 30.000 of different parts are in the Company's warehouses. Most of them have manufacturers' certificates of conformity of ISO 9001 or ISO 9002 to the quality management system.
